If you read the Bible sincerely with a seeking heart – starting at the New Testament and then going onto the Old Testament, you can only come up with one conclusion: That the Lord Jesus is both the sum total of the Old Testament and the New Testament. All of Scripture points to Him, the eternal King and reveals who He is and testifies that He is indeed Lord of heaven and earth. In fact the Lord Jesus said it Himself in John 5:39 – Go read it. I encourage you to go read Exodus 3:14, John 8:24 and then John 8:58.
